DawnStep is one of several products shipped by AT Dawn Technologies, an engineering-led company building AI-native software for the operational corners of modern business — hiring today, more tomorrow. We got tired of watching “AI for the sake of AI” demo beautifully and crumble under real load. So we built a company that does the unsexy work first: the migrations, the audit trails, the tests, the rollback paths. The AI gets to be ambitious because the scaffolding underneath is serious.

Our team spans engineering, product, design, and GTM across continents — operators who’ve scaled infrastructure and shipped software that customers bet their business on. We’re here for the long build.

What we're optimising for

• Depth over demos. We ship AI that works at 3am on a Saturday, not just in a scripted walkthrough. Every feature gets stress-tested against real pipelines before it leaves our hands.
• Craft as a commitment. We ship often, and we ship carefully — migrations, tests, audit trails, rollback paths. If it can’t be reversed, we don’t release it.
• Trust over hype. We don't claim certifications we don't hold. We don't sell black boxes. Every AI decision carries its rubric, transcript, and citations — so the humans in the loop stay accountable.
• Partnership over transactions. Our customers aren’t tickets in a queue. When you pick us, you get a direct line to the people who build the product.
